Rent Guarantee Scheme

New View Residential has recently launched a Rent Guarantee and Legal Protection scheme. This is now included as a standard feature of their Full Management package.

Once a tenant applicant has undergone their Fully Comprehensive Referencing Service, New View will provide a full 6 months Rent Guarantee and Legal Protection Insurance for free within their usual 10% Management Fee.

This includes:

Comprehensive Cover

Rental income paid in the event a tenant default (up to £2500 per month – with a maximum claim of £25,000 in total)

The rental benefit will be paid up until the tenant is no longer in the property

Legal Expenses Cover (up to £25,000)

If required this can be renewed for a further 6 months for just £60. Annual policies are available at £90.
