First in Ethical Letting

2017 donations

It is very important to us that, every year, we at New View Residential Ltd are able to give donations to local and national charities according to the wishes of our landlord-clients and our staff.

This financial year, based on our audited accounts for 2014/15, we are delighted to have donated a total of £6,136 (up from £4,306 in the previous year).

New View Residential Ltd is a social enterprise and fully owned by the charity Windhorse Trust. We believe that business should not just be for profit and that through sharing our surplus we can help others in need. Through working with us and choosing where this help should go, our landlord-clients share in this vision.

We are a small, independent and personable residential lettings agency; we believe businesses can make a profit and make a difference, giving a helping hand through positive action. New View Residential Ltd is pleased to donate any surplus to charity after we have met our costs (including reinvestment to help the business grow) - the more profit we make, the more we can give away! We are committed to giving half of our surplus to charities nominated by our staff and the other half to charities according to the wishes of our landlord-clients.

We are grateful to all our clients and staff such that, this year, New View Residential Ltd has been able to give the following donations (see below for more charity details):
